Inquiry
We provide quotes according to drawings provided by clients, along with the needed quantity, material or special requirements. The quotation period is usually about 1~2 days; time can be shortened if a desired unit price is provided by the client.In case where there is no drawing available, please provide existing product for our reference, along with processing requirements.
Quotation
Evaluation of processing possibility, preparation schedule for existing goods and materials, delivery of samples, and finally sending the quotation form to the client by fax or e-mail
Sample instructions
If the client is satisfied with the quotation, return the order form by fax or e-mail.
Submission of sample and conduct factory test
Produce sample base on client’s drawing and requirements, along with a test report (first article report, hardening heat treatment report (HRC, HV, RC), electroplating thickness report, etc.).The client can request factory audit, and arrange a date to perform site audit, and discuss sample defect and correction method.
Mass production demand sheet
Submit sample, pass audit, and propose mass production demand sheet. The client may return the procurement sheet by fax or e-mail.

Output quality control (OQC))
Packaging and delivery
Perform degreasing and cleaning, anti-rust treatment and packaging.For overseas client, process for air or marine shipping is carried out according to client's demand.

We provide post-processing for clients, including: heat treatment, electroplating (nickel, trivalence, sexavalence, zinc, chromium, tin, silver, gold, etc.), anodic treatment, rack plating, straightening, grinding, tapping, embossing, punching, assembling etc.

Payment Method

Account is settled on the 25th of each month, with 60-day (two month) check floating period.
